“SOLD” The Magic Word?

But really… not so much magic, as honest appraisal, professional pricing and motivation to get the job done! Two of our listed houses sold the past week at close to, or over sale price, with multiple offers.
How?
Magic?
No, more lthat they were effectively priced at honestly determined values, and those values were perceived to be accurate by purchasers and that created a desire to own, and an emotional reaction that they “needed” to act quickly and aggressively. It does happen. Both houses were on the market for less than a week, and both house are set to close within 4 to 6 weeks from the contract dates.
Buyers are out there. People do need to move. Houses do sell. The market is only slow if sellers don’t realistically price their homes.
